Abstract

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic demyelinating disease of the central nervous system characterized by relapses and remissions in its most common clinical form. Case summary: We report the case of a 22-year-old female with relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) who was treated with Ocrelizumab (anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody) infusion. The patient demonstrated excellent clinical improvement and radiological stability at 6 months, highlighting the role of early initiation of B-cell–depleting therapy in altering disease trajectory. This case result encourages us to practice this medication in our population. Ocrelizumab is a highly effective therapeutic option for young RRMS patients. Early initiation can lead to excellent clinical and radiological outcomes, as demonstrated in this case.
