This issue of JACEDB presents a collection of scholarly contributions exploring Ramadan fasting in people with diabetes, metabolic syndrome among healthcare professionals, dyslipidemia in polycystic ovary syndrome, insulin refusal in type 2 diabetes, and the spectrum of endocrine disorders in Bangladeshi outpatient settings.
