Löfgren’s syndrome is an acute form of sarcoidosis that is characterized by erythema nodosum, bilateral hilarlymphadenopathy accompanied by arthritis or arthralgia. We are reporting a 32 year old male with Löfgren’s
syndrome and then the literature is reviewed.
