Article types are - Research articles, Review articles, Case reports, Letters to the Editor, and Short communications.

This issue of JACEDB presents a collection of scholarly contributions exploring Ramadan fasting in people with diabetes, metabolic syndrome among healthcare professionals, dyslipidemia in polycystic ovary syndrome, insulin refusal in type 2 diabetes, and the spectrum of endocrine disorders in Bangladeshi outpatient settings. It also features an updated review on polycystic ovary syndrome in Bangladeshi women and several case reports highlighting rare endocrine conditions and diagnostic challenges in clinical practice.
