1. Focus and Scope
The Journal of Bio-Science (J. Bio-Sci.), established by the Institute of Biological Sciences (IBSc) under the University of Rajshahi, is committed to advancing the frontiers of knowledge in the broad field of Biological Sciences. Since its inception in 1993, the journal has served as a distinguished platform for the dissemination of high-quality, original research and comprehensive review articles.
Our aim is to foster the global exchange of innovative ideas and significant scientific discoveries in both basic and applied branches of Biological Sciences. We particularly encourage submissions that bridge diverse biological sciences fields including biology, biotechnology, genetic engineering, environmental science, and health-related sectors, reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of modern research. As a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, we uphold the highest standards of scholarly integrity and rigor, ensuring that each publication contributes meaningfully to the scientific community. The Journal of Bio-Science publishes two issues per year. We are dedicated to providing an inclusive and accessible forum for researchers worldwide, striving to enhance our international visibility and impact through indexing in major global databases.
