Abstract

This was a case of a 21 years old young man presenting with recurrent oral and genital ulcers, multiple nodules over all the four limbs and lower limbs pain. However, as these were so much painful, it hampered his daily life. We were also in doubt that whether this was really Behcets disease. We finally could diagnose it which was rare in Bangladesh.
