Focus and Scope
Rangpur medical college is one of the oldest and largest Government laid medical college in Bangladesh. Journal of Rangpur Medical College (JRMC) is an official organ of the Rangpur Medical College, Bangladesh. It is an open access, peer-reviewed journal. It usually publishes two issues in a year, every March and September. This journal is recognized by BMDC (Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council). Its ISSN number is 2618-0314.
Journal of Rangpur Medical College is an academic journal which aims to publish complete and authentic source of information in the field of medical science providing the standard knowledge for up-to-date research. The Journal publishes original articles, review articles, case reports and short communications related to various branches of medical sciences. JRMC is dedicated to publish researches in all the field of medical science. This journal is keen to attract a universal group of medical professionals interested to the most updated and relevant medical research. Journal of Rangpur Medical College (JRMC) is the official organ of the Rangpur Medical College, Bangladesh and published twice in a year in the months of March and September. It is recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BM & DC). The Journal publishes original articles, review articles, case reports and short communications related to various branches of medical sciences.
Review Process
All submitted papers are subject to review by the Editor or any member of the Editorial Board of the journal. Manuscripts that do not contain sufficient scientific material or not an important issue or not fulfilling the criteria for publication may be disallowed or it may be sent back to the author(s) for resubmission with appropriate changes according to submission guideline. The journal authority will communicate with authors within 02 weeks of submission. Manuscripts fulfilling the criteria for publication is a subject to peer review according to journal’s own publication guideline. Accepted papers will be reviewed by two independent reviewers selected by editorial board. The peer review process is double blind and maintained by journal’s own review instruction. Editorial Board finally decides on quality of the reviewed papers and sent feedback to authors. A copy of accepted article will be sent to the corresponding author for final view which should be informed to the editorial office within 07 days. No change in the authors list or manuscript will be granted at this stage. Accepted manuscripts either a part or whole will not be allowed to be reproduced by any means elsewhere without the written consent of the editorial board. Proofs correction by the authors will be appreciated. No reprint will be provided. The editor reserves the customary right to style and if necessary, shortens the material accepted for publication. The editor assumes that the writings are based on honest observations.

Our journal is free to everyone. Full text of all the contents is always available. There is no article processing charges (APCs) or submission charges. Our readers can copy, distribute, and use their attributed research for non-commercial purpose free of charge.
