Review Process

The corresponding author of a paper sends the original manuscript (both soft and hard copy) to the Editor-in-Chief. Each manuscript will be reviewed by two blind peer reviewers. The reviewers are chosen by the editorial board. The reviewers must hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent, not below the rank of associate professor, and are specialists in their respective disciplines with the under reviewed manuscript.  A period of approximately fifteen (15) days is allocated for the evaluation of an article.

The editorial board thoroughly examines the submitted articles to ensure they align with the journal's purpose, scope, and guidelines. Plagiarism test will be done of the submitted article and the similarity index must be below 30%). Once the submitted manuscripts satisfy the criteria of our journal, they will be forwarded to two respective reviewers for blind review. If the reviewers recommend "publishing the manuscript as is," it will be accepted. If the reviewers recommend revising the article as either "Minor revision" or "Major revision," the manuscript is sent back to the corresponding author for necessary revisions along with the reviewers' comments. The author will display the revised portion using the track mode or by highlighting it in color. The manuscript may only be accepted for publication after undergoing thorough revision. The same authors can be published their two articles in the same issue of the journal; the third paper will be published in the next issue. The editorial board must give its final approval before any reviewed articles can be published.
