IUBAT Review—A Multidisciplinary Academic Journal is a scholarly blind peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal whose office is located at the International University of Business, Agriculture and Technology, Bangladesh's first non-government university, which was founded in 1991 by Prof. Dr. M. Alimullah Miyan as a non-profit institution, and whose fundamental objective is human resource development through appropriate teaching, training, and guidance as well as the creation of knowledge conducive to socio-economic development. The aim of this journal is to provide high-quality, comprehensive, and broad coverage in entire areas of science and technology research and innovation. The journal publishes original scientific research articles, theoretical and practical papers, perspectives, and reviews that provide functional, dependable, and pragmatic insights and demonstrate significant advances in science, technology, and education. Furthermore, the journal provides quick initial decisions followed by a high-quality editing service and a faster and more efficient publishing service, including global indexing of articles for authors and readers. This scholarly journal welcomes the submission of multidisciplinary research perspectives and findings as well as research communications that employ complementary experimental and computational approaches to address challenging scientific issues and problems, future technology management, and demand-driven innovation. The IUBAT Review allows the scientific community, technology managers, social workers, and environmental practitioners to share information with full experimental details. Thus, scientific perspectives can be reproduced for a wider community. This scholarly open-access journal publishes the most complete and reliable source of information on discoveries and current developments and makes it freely available online to researchers worldwide without any restrictions or other subscriptions.
Aim and scope
The prime focus of the journal is to publish articles related to the current trends in research. IUBAT Review submissions must describe unpublished work. Wherever appropriate, clear evaluation and analysis should be included within the submitted papers. Submissions will be judged on clarity, originality, replicability, correctness, meaningful comparison, and contributions to research resources. Each submission will be reviewed internally and externally. If the submission is found suitable internally by at least one editorial board member, then it will be sent for the external peer review process, in which two reviewers will evaluate the research. The journal aims to contribute to global society through interaction, exchange of ideas, and discussions in the field of multidisciplinary research and innovations. The journal publishes articles that include those containing substantially supported theories, innovative works, substantial experimental results, and/or containing useful and constructive discussions or reviews standardized for regional or international acceptance. All articles are reviewed quickly and professionally copyedited and checked for similarity (accepting no more than 20 % plagiarism) to ensure quality and faster publication.

Deadline
The deadline for the short papers as well as for the long papers is always extendable; this means that the submission is open in all months for the journals to publish papers.
Ethical aspects
Ethical aspects of the study will be carefully considered at the time of assessment of the manuscript. Any manuscript that includes a table, illustration, or photograph that has been published earlier should include a letter of permission for re-publication from the authors of the publication and the editor/publisher of the journal where it was published earlier.
Conflict of the interest
The authors should have submitted a conflict-of-interest form along with the manuscript.

Review Process:
Peer review in all its form plays an important role in ensuring the integrity of the scholarly record. The process depends to a large extent on trust and requires that everyone involved behaves responsibly and ethically. Peer reviewers play a central and critical part in the peer- review process, but too often come to the role without any guidance and may be unaware of their ethical obligations. The Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers for IUBAT Review set out the basic principles and standards to which all peer reviewers should adhere during the peer- review process. It is hoped they will provide helpful guidance to researchers, be a reference for journals and editors in guiding their reviewers, and act as an educational resource for institutions in training their students and researchers.
Publication Frequency
IUBAT Review is published twice in a year. The average time between submission and final decision is a maximum of 6 months depending on the reviewing process.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Article Processing Fees
Our journal is free to everyone. Full text of all the contents is always available. There are no article processing charges (APCs) or submission charges. Our readers can copy, distribute, and use their attributed research for non-commercial purposes free of charge. Our journal retains copyright of the articles through a Creative Commons CC BY License Attribution.
