Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) is the professional body of spatial planners in Bangladesh. The Journal of Bangladesh Institute of Planners is double-blind, peer-reviewed and is published both online (open access) and in print version. Authors do not pay any publication fee or any other charges.
BIP invites all academics, researchers, and practitioners in the field of planning and development to submit papers for publication in the Journal of Bangladesh Institute of Planners. The theme of papers must be relevant to theoretical or practical issues of spatial planning and may be related, but not limited, to the following fields:

The journal is published annually.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
