Hepatitis a Virus Is a Very Common Infection In The Pediatric Age Group, Especially in Developing Countries and Pleural Effusion Is One of It Rare Extra-Hepatic Complication. Here We Are Reporting a Case of Acute Hepatitis a Infection, Complicated With Pleural Effusion.
