Case Report: Urethral Duplication in a 7 Year Old boy

Urethral duplication is a rare congenital anomaly, predominantly seen in males, with very few cases reported in females. This anomaly can be partial or complete and manifests with a variety of clinical symptoms including deformed penis, double urinary streams, urinary tract infections (UTIs), incontinence, urethral discharge, and outflow obstruction. This case report discusses the diagnosis, surgical management, and follow-up of a 7 year old boy with Type II A2 urethral duplication.
