The Asian-Australasian Journal of Food Safety and Security (AAJFSS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal devoted to advancing research and innovation in food safety, food security, and related public health disciplines. AAJFSS publishes original full-length research articles, comprehensive review articles, short communications, editorials, and case reports that demonstrate scientific rigor, originality, and relevance to the field. 

The journal publishes two issues annually in May and November and follows a continuous publication model. Accepted articles are published online immediately after completion of the editorial and production process and are assigned to the current issue without delay. This system ensures timely communication of research outcomes and rapid access to the final published version.
