Plagiarism Screening Policy

BSMMU Journal is committed to upholding academic integrity in its publications. To ensure this, all manuscripts submitted to BSMMU Journal undergo a plagiarism screening process using anti-plagiarism software at two key stages:

  1. Upon receipt of the submission.
  2. When the author(s) submit the finalized manuscript after peer review.

If the editorial office identifies any instances of plagiarism or self-plagiarism in a manuscript, it will be promptly sent to the author for revision. The limit of plagiarized text is less than 15%. Ensuring the originality and integrity of published works is of utmost importance to BSMMU Journal, and we take decisive measures to maintain the highest standards of academic publishing ethics.
